KAIROX Cases is a professional activity declared through Smart / Productions Associées, VAT BE 0896.755.397. Access requests are reviewed manually for KAIROX Cases.

Data collected

The access form collects your name, email address, profile, requested access format, optional message, language and the KAIROX experience that generated the request.

Purpose and basis

The data is used to answer your enquiry, assess the requested use, prepare access, a pilot or a quotation, and manage follow-up that you request. Processing is limited to steps requested before a possible agreement and the legitimate handling of business enquiries.

Service providers

The form is delivered through FormSubmit to the mailbox used by KAIROX Cases. Website hosting and email providers may process the technical data required to deliver the request. Data is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention

KAIROX Cases keeps an enquiry only for as long as necessary to answer it and manage a possible client relationship or related legal records. FormSubmit states in its documentation that submissions may remain available in its archive for 30 days.

Local Decision Profile

Completed Decision Records, unfinished runs and the Decision Profile remain in your browser unless you export a KAIROX file yourself. Account synchronisation is currently disabled.

Contact and requests

To exercise a privacy right, use the access form and write “Privacy request” in the message field. The request will be handled manually.
